검은 개들은 어슬렁 어슬렁 기어다니며 휴지통을 뒤지고

누군가가 가로수에 걸어놓은 라디오 채널에서는 이국적인 록큰롤이 논스톱으로 흘러나오는
뭐 그런
실제 바르셀로나의 밤거리와는 별 상관이 없을, 오직 내 마음 속의 바르셀로나
그곳이 나의 천국은 아닐진데
그저 난 빈 맥주 박스에 앉아서 흰 거품이 묻어나는 찬 맥주 한 병을 손에 들고
어둠 속에 묻혀 그 모든 풍경을 하염없이 지켜보고 싶다.

정말 떠나왔다고 믿어질때까지.
이 노래의 원제는 En El Muelle De San Blas
해석하자면 'San Blas 부두에서'란다.
가사는 ..이를테면 멕시코판 남자는 배 여자는 항구? ㅋㅋ
옛날에 들었던 망부석의 전설같기도 하다.
연인과 산블라스 부두에서 작별을 하고, 매일 똑같은 자리에서 똑같은 옷을 입고 그를 기다리다가
바다와 하나가 되어버리는, 망각 속으로 묻혀버리는 여자의 이야기.
어디로도 떠나지 못하고 부두에 뿌리를 내려버리는 여자에 관한 노래를 들으며
아이러니하게도 난 떠남을 동경한다.
떠나서 어디에 닿았는가. 그래서 무엇이 되었는가.
노래가 흐르는 5분 56초는 어땠는가.
